Jamie’s first movie, a western, placed third in the narrative category during the statewide Virginia High School League film festival.
We’re super proud of our young filmmaker and his friends Eli and Jentzen, who acted in the film. They all worked together to produce the short. And watch for a special appearance/star turn by Z Heltzel.
Jamie wrote and directed the movie, shot using a Super 8 film camera and Jentzen’s iPhone 13.
Up next, another period piece: Jamie just finished a script for a 30-minute World War II movie called Hangar 12. He’s currently scouting locations.
